about
Upward Trajectory For Southeastern Michigan is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving low-income families and underserved communities in Southeastern Michigan. We are committed to providing seamless access to basic need resources, information, and referral services.
Our mission is to empower individuals and families by ensuring they have access to the essential resources they need to thrive. We understand that economic disparities and limited access to resources can create barriers for individuals and families to meet their basic needs and improve their quality of life. Through our comprehensive services, we aim to bridge this gap by connecting individuals and families to vital resources such as food, shelter, healthcare, education, and employment opportunities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to these essential services, regardless of their socio-economic status.
In addition to providing immediate assistance, we are also dedicated to long-term solutions. We work closely with community partners, government agencies, and local businesses to advocate for policy changes that address systemic issues and promote social and economic equality. Our organization strives to create a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals and families feel empowered to take control of their lives. We provide information and referral services to help navigate the complex system of social services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner.
By offering seamless access to basic need resources and information and referral services, we aim to break the cycle of poverty and improve the overall well-being of individuals and families in Southeastern Michigan. Together, we can create a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
